Olivier Tricon worked in different French vineyards before settling in the beginning of 80s as wine-merchant. He saw his sales grow up increasingly. To adapt himself to the market, he becomes wine merchant who ages wines: he buys the grape in must of Chablis vintners during the vintage, then he turn it to wine in his own cellars. This allows him to assure a constant quality of his wines.Proof of this seeking of quality, the selections and awards received by the General Agriculture Competition of Paris and selections in the Guide Hachette, among others. Maison Olivier Tricon offers about 10 appellations like Grands Crus and Premiers Crus.
