Tickets for CUBEC 24 available on https://linktr.ee/cubec The Canadian Undergraduate Biomedical Engineering Conference (CUBEC) is a not for-profit organization dedicated to promoting education, inclusion & awareness in BME industry & research among undergraduates across Canada. CUBEC started as a collaboration between the bioengineering student societies of McGill and UBC as the first large-scale event dedicated to connecting undergraduate biomedical engineering students across Canada. Over the last two years, CUBEC brought in over 400 attendees from 25 universities worldwide to listen to over 40 guest speakers, panelists, and professionals in industry and academia. Our primary goal is to educate and expose students to possible career paths in specific biomedical engineering industries and fields by bringing in various academic research groups, industry leaders, and start-up companies to highlight what they do such that these students are aware of all of the opportunities open to them. This year, CUBEC is shifting from a strictly virtual conference to an in-person/hybrid setting, with several synchronous in-person events across Canada.
