The company was co-founded in January 2011 by Oliver Ellis and Helen Howells, who, collectively have over 30 years experience in the TV development, production and rights management business. Hoho Rights is the commercial arm of Hoho Entertainment and manages consultancy, TV distribution, licensing and merchandising services for in-house and third party companies.
