We strive to provide services grounded in evidence-based approaches. We are a diverse group of therapists, who come from various cultural and religious backgrounds. Many of us have shared our own mental health challenges and obstacles, and for that reason, we integrate culturally sensitive therapy and bias-free language into our everyday approaches in order to best understand you, your background, your ethnicity, and belief system.
