Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) has about 8000 students and is the second largest university college in Norway. HiST is one of the two dominant academic institutions in Trondheim. The college offers a wide range of bachelor's and master's programmes as well as continuing education programmes and other courses. The University College has six faculties, located at six different campuses in Trondheim.
