Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN) is part of Junior Achievement Worldwide (JAWW). Established in 1919 JAWW in is the world’s oldest economic empowerment NGO with a 121 country network. Since its inception in 1999, JAN has reached over 1 million students in over 2,000 schools, in the 36 States across the country with the support of over 5,000 volunteers to date.
As a global organization, we believe in a world of possibilities where young people between 5 and 35 years thrive through one of our four Core Pillars: Financial Literacy, Digital Literacy, Entrepreneurship, and Work Readiness.
Our programs are free and serve as a bridge between the classroom and the workplace. The JAN head office is based in Lagos with a Regional office in Port Harcourt.
