Lead and Code is a non-profit social enterprise which equips young people with leadership, life and technology skills for local and global impact. As an organization, we believe in youths as change makers that must bring the vision of a great nation into reality through social impact, development of innovative ideas using technology and leading effectively across various levels of leadership. Our vision is to raise 1 million outstanding leaders in Nigeria through skills-based education by 2030 for societal advancement and transformation of Nigeria. Our programmes include #1000TechTalents, The IMPACT Fellowship and RaiseALeader which have impacted over 200 students since 2021. We have partnered with organizations such as Millennium Campus Network, USA, DesignIT Africa and Larva Coding Academy.
