FLAIRS is a Dutch interbank collaboration founded by the network associations for young employees of five major Dutch banks: YBA (ABN-AMRO Bank), RING (ING Bank), Jong Rabo (Rabobank), JongVolk (de Volksbank) and Jong Van Lanschot (Van Lanschot Kempen) in July 2007. The foundation aims at offering a platform for interaction and inspiration to young professionals connected to these network associations. As such, the foundation organizes a yearly conference for approximately 400 of those young professionals.
