ECA educational philosophy is built on the premise that all students can learn; and that even the best schools and school districts can, and should transcend to greater heights with strong leadership, collaboration from all stakeholders in designing, implementing and maintaining an effective instructional program where students are encouraged to reach their potential in a rigorous and caring learning environment. ECA will open with PK-3rd students in the Fall of 2021.
