Osborn Architects Inc. (OAI) is a full-service architectural firm that specializes in the repair and improvement of existing facilities. Jerry Osborn founded OAI in 2015 after serving 20 years as a principal and project manager at multiple Seattle-based architectural firms. Under his leadership, OAI has grown to nine employees with projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. OAI dedicates itself to serving public agencies in the broader Puget Sound area, earning a reputation as a preferred firm due to its strong leadership, management capabilities, and extensive knowledge in facility operations, essential for achieving project objectives. The majority of OAI’s expertise lies in improving the quality of the existing built environment by repairing, renovating, and rehabilitating existing structures and/or site utilities. OAI works collaboratively with shareholders and facility managers to isolate essential project "needs" from elective project "wants". This strategy enables OAI to offer design solutions that are both practical and value-driven.
