I am tired of people being scared to death by the fear mongering extremists telling you not
to eat a certain food group. Seriously, what’s the point of living if you are scared to even have
your favorite foods?Fitness should be super duper fun! I can totally imagine a day where people aren't scared
or intimidated about entering the gym, but treat it as entertainment and something they want
to do rather than something they’re forced to.
And you know what I love about this? I get a chance to educate people that they can eat
junk food and still manage to get incredible results, like one of my clients who was scared of
eating fried foods and drinking and kept asking me constantly if he’s going to be ok if he eats
fried food! Now, he eats whatever the fish he wants and is still flaunting a six pack.
That’s the whole reason behind the name ‘Beeryani Fitness’- to challenge age old beliefs
about what is healthy and what is not. It is kind of exciting as well, letting people see the
weirder side of me and if you have known me personally, I’m sure you would attest to the
fact that I cannot do boring things which everyone else does. I don’t know why, I just can’t.
Quit so many jobs even before I turned a month old, started three blogs prior to this and
pulled the plug on them among other things and so many attempts to do something in the
fitness industry all because there was this nagging sensation that that’s not where I wanted to
go or who I wanted to be.
Also, this is not ‘work’ for me, I mean writing this ebook, I’ve already spent countless
days on this and I’m very happy to give this away for free. No, this is not work, this is my
entertainment and I intend to keep it that way. If you’re looking for a guy who is going to tell
you how bad McDonald’s is or gives you a simple diet chart and exercise chart, you have
come to the wrong place, bruh!
