In 2001 Nirupama Hukku started FiTA with a one-point agenda: to provide soft skills training to Indian corporate executives to make them complete professionals.
Since then the company has grown from strength to strength, widening its scope of work and across industries.
By 2003, FiTA had introduced nomination programs to provide companies an external forum for its employees. These also helped smaller companies with fewer employees to access the learning at a more cost-effective platform.
By 2007, FiTA had on board a senior journalist and made a foray into language-based training and content development. FiTA produces content today that ranges from curriculum preparation to websites, media-ready articles and brochures.
IN 2009 FiTA added personal coaching services for executives at all levels, delivered by an ICF certified coach. It has an impressive roster of success stories in this space.
FiTA’s proprietary programs draw from the experience of professionals from fields like education, journalism, and IT. More than 60 man years of experience have gone into designing them. They are realistic and experiential in approach. They are rich in terms of situation analysis, case studies and discussions, keeping required theoretical information as a backdrop.
Soft-skills development enhances productivity and contribution to the company’s profits. It makes a regular employee an extraordinary contributor. FiTA programs are founded on this thought. It therefore has programs for senior, mid-level and junior executives, which are designed for long-lasting improvement and change.
