Die Gute Fabrik is an independent games studio that develops games which are hand-crafted, synaesthetic, offbeat, and personal. It converts classic play forms from the past such as physical folk games from the playground or adventure games from old consoles into 21st century games with new technology. Its games include Sportsfriends, Johann Sebastian Joust, Where Is My Heart, Mutazione, Rückblende, B.U.T.T.O.N., and more. Die Gute Fabrik was launched in 2008 and is based in Copenhagen and New York City.
