PAOK FC is a leading football club based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Panthessaloníkios Athlitikós Ómilos Konstantinoupolitón (the Pan-Thessalonican Athletic Club of Constantinopolitans) is one of the most respected and revered names in Greece during the course of a glittering history which now spans three centuries. PAOK is the historic sequel of the sports’ and culture club "Hermes”, founded by Greeks of Constantinople in 1875, at the heart of the city, in Pera district and was restablished in Thessaloniki in 1926. The Club has won the Greek League Championship 3 times (1976, 1985, 2019) and the Greek Cup 7 times (1972, 1974, 2001, 2003, 2017, 2018, 2019).
