Baltimore Corps' mission is to enlist talent to foster social innovation in Baltimore and advance a citywide agenda for equity and racial justice . This is accomplished through Baltimore Corps' Fellowship and Place for Purpose program, which connect individuals with opportunities in nonprofits, government agencies, foundations, and for-profit social enterprises to build solutions to Baltimore's biggest challenges. Baltimore Corps also provides seed grants and support to innovative leaders through its Elevation Awards, elevating community members with indigenous community solutions.
