Ruth has an MBA from Queen's University, is certified in Coaching and Adult Education, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Nicole has more than fourteen years of expertise in the areas of finance, leadership, and process improvement, and pairs a strong technical background in both HR and statistics & data analysis with superior project management and presentation skills. A focus on customer service, change management, and innovation allow her to communicate easily with all levels of staff and management to ensure successful change. Nicole has an MBA from Wilfred Laurier University, is a certified Coach, and a certified practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry, MBTI psychometric assessments, and Method Time Motion Studies.
