LJ Hooker has bolstered its northern Gold Coast offering with the merger of its Coomera and Ormeau agencies. Prominent industry leaders and business directors Shane Colquhoun (LJ Hooker Coomera) and Nicole Hintz (LJ Hooker Ormeau) have combined their businesses with market specialist Nicole Hintz assuming the Licensee role. “There’s enormous scope to provide customers in the growth corridor a heightened level of service that integrates the knowledge and connections of specialists across sales and property management from Coomera to Ormeau,” said Mr Colquhoun. “I’ve known Nicole and her team for more than a decade and we value the same commitment to customers and delivering innovative property solutions.
