Change Consulting is a Black-led, women-run communications agency based in Oakland, California, committed to social and racial justice. We believe in the power of changemakers. We also believe communications is fundamental to the work that changemakers do to strengthen our communities through systems change. We believe effective communications makes good possible. For the past 12 years, Change Consulting has worked in service of and in partnership with changemakers – visionaries at nonprofits, foundations and mission-driven entities – who are committed to making love and justice a reality. We have a particular focus on racial justice, including criminal justice reform, economic justice, youth empowerment, social determinants of health, equitable development and civic engagement.
