ZKorum democratizes anonymous polls and discussions within verifiable communities. Users log in with work/school email addresses and receive Verifiable Credentials to post as an anonymous member of their organizations. Thanks to Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP), no one, including ZKorum, can trace what users post on the forum back to their identities. We acknowledge that discussions involving sensitive subjects can evoke raw emotions that may unintentionally appear as "aggressive" or "offensive." Therefore, we provide users with the option to utilize AI for rewriting their posts in a manner that is more positive and respectful. In the long run, ZKorum will not only address professionals and students, but all people holding SSI credentials, including the European Digital Identity coming into force in 2027. ZKorum will be the next generation eAgora for public opinion polling, debate, discussion and market research. For example, the eligibility needed for a discussion could be Paris residents, or refugees in Europe, etc. ZKorum champions transparency and inclusivity in societies and empowers people, especially those who are underrepresented and vulnerable, to speak up and be heard without the fear of backlash.
