For 10 years ago we have created a unique and original business model:
• We offer volume and annual contracts to our clients with the minimum volume being 50 positions for each client per year .
• Separation of skills – 2 teams, 1 team a commercial team of business developers who are in charge of hunting new clients, identifying their recruitment needs and ultimately trying to sell our service so that we can outsource their recruitment. The other team, the HR team who recruits for the contracts signed by the commercial team = EXPERTISE
• We recruit only by telephone, in that way we can respond to the volume needs of recruitment for our clients AND
• Offer Global contracts, local recruitment. Can recruit all over the world with the telephone, saving the clients’ time = Competitive advantage / Our force
• Both teams are organized into 11 different business units / activity sectors to make sure that everyone is specialist in the area in which they are working in. (especially given the fact that we recruit only by telephone, need to fully understand the industry and job requirements.)
