Mary has been a qualified Planning and Development Surveyor for over 30 years. She has extensive experience on commercial and residential developments and has worked for landowners, retailers and institutional funds on mixed use schemes both in and out of town. Mary’s training and experience as a Planning and Development Surveyor has allowed her to base her advice on commercial realism and a thorough understanding of the planning system. Mary was joined in early 2014 by at MDA by Lucy Eady. Lucy is a Chartered Member of the RTPI and has almost ten years’ experience gained in the commercial and retail planning teams in Savills and WYG. Although specialising in retail planning, Lucy has a significant level of experience of working on large scale commercial and mixed use developments, residential developments and conversions. She is experienced at providing a wide range of advice to both private and public sector clients on everything from large scale strategic sites to individual buildings. Some of the projects they have worked on include: Bicester Town Centre for Sainsbury’s, Banbury Gateway Shopping Park for LXB Properties and various foodstores for Sainsbury’s and other operators throughout the Country.
