At the beginning of 2020, we were faced with two options: panic or pivot.
We decided to take that second option… and our pivot to the brand we wanted to become, became an option + reality.
1. FUDI is an entirely plant-powered concept. We had been charting this move, and it was due time. So, we organized some of the most remarkable chefs in the country to come together and curate the most flavorful menu the fast food industry has ever seen... from 15 small-batch sauces blended daily, to an expansion of our already robust offering.
2. We are giving the restaurants away. We don't want the ownership, credit, or capital... we want to spread opportunity + a set of values we believe in. We are opening up our platform to parts of the world that deal directly with food insecurity, scarcity... or are located in food deserts. Our journey has begun with two outposts in Entebbe, Uganda
