Coronation Securities Limited (“COSEC") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Coronation Merchant Bank Group and a licenced broker-dealer firm regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The firm was established on 10 August 2011 as Marina Securities Stockbroking Services Limited (MSSSL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marina Securities Limited. Following the business restructuring exercise completed in 2014, MSSL was acquired by Coronation Merchant Bank. Coronation Securities now operates independently as an investment securities and financial advisory firm.
