We carry a selection of shoes from each vendor in each of the three shoe categories to make sure you can run or walk in comfort and without injury. Our staff is carefully trained to help you determine the category of shoe that you need for your gait. Our apparel is made from moisture-managing technical fabrics to make sure you are comfortable during your workouts. Training We have running classes for all fitness levels. Our goal races are 5K runs up to marathons. Benefit from our experienced, motivating coaches.
