He studied Commerce whilst completing his banking apprenticeship as a branch manager in Cairns eight years later. Matt then established a finance broking business, Mortgage Works, within a specialist property law firm, Conveyancing Works Solicitors. He became a Director of new business and personally managed the establishment of 12 offices and 18 BDM’s across QLD before the business was acquired by Slater & Gordon Lawyers in 2011. Matt is an accredited Finance Broker (FBAA) and a qualified Life Coach. Commercially, he is passionate about strong customer service delivery and lives by the creed of always focusing on service before anything else; giving the best experience possible and test, measure and refine your processes for continuous improvement.
