MFE Formwork Technology Sdn Bhd has developed and successfully used for over 26 years a revolutionary aluminium formwork construction system for forming cast in situ reinforced concrete building structures. Using this unique system, all walls, floor slabs, lift cores, columns, beams, stairs, balconies, together with door and window openings are cast in situ in a single site based operation. The resulting building structure is very strong, accurate in dimensions and tolerances, with a high quality of finished concrete surface and yet at the same time the MFE formwork technology is fast, adaptable and very cost effective. The main characteristic of the MFE formwork technology is that it makes use of concrete as the principal material for the prime reasons of cost and accessibility. Cement, sand and stone are readily available in most countries. Reinforced concrete also brings additional benefits in terms of build, quality and strength, resistance to earthquake tremors, fire, rot and vermin attack, its low noise transmission, good thermal capacity and proven durability, giving it long life, with little maintenance.
