We purchased our main warehouse with the view to primarily manufacture wear parts in house. Production has risen every year since the factory first opened and we now currently produce over 2 million pounds worth of wear parts per annum, with this all coming from our manufacturing workshop, based in Ilkeston. We offer a fast, professional and cost effective service for any of your requirements, whether they are large or small. We carry out bespoken fabrication work on a daily basis, supplying to many clients across the UK. With the aid of modern machines such as our CNC’s, we can offer a quick turnaround and a competive price. We can also offer a rapid manufacturing service for all those breakdown situations where time is of the essence. Our manufacturing workshops are equipped with plant suitable machines to carry out all work in house. These are located within the production line, a range of purpose built machines are used for our products to reduce handling and increase operating efficiency. Alongside our large fabrication facility we provide an on-site engineering service. This service is carried out by our full trained and experienced Site Engineers. Over the years, this is another area of the business that has become an integral part of what we do. We carry out our Fabrication and Sitework services constantly week in, week out, on a whole magnitude of sites, all across the UK.
