Atlas Edibles is a Berkeley-based company devoted to a healthier alternative to many of the edible cannabis products. It offers medical cannabis products called Stratus, Ember, Nimbus and Origin. Stratus is made of zesty lemon caramel with a hint of ginger, toasted almonds, sweet wild blueberries and poppy seeds. It promotes balance, mindfulness & playfulness. Ember is caramel flavored with a hint of heat from the cayenne, crunch from the toasted cashews and a tart finish with dried California apricots. It promotes positivity, functionality & creativity. Nimbus is a rich dark chocolate laced with toasted hazelnuts, pecans and dried currants and rounded off with cinnamon and salt. It also promotes balance, mindfulness & playfulness. And lastly, the Origin which was made with earthy Mexican chocolate with chilies and warm spices, crispy puffed rice and crunchy toasted pumpkin seeds for a very complex combination. This promotes relaxation, healing and well being. The company is founded by Ezra Malmuth. He’s a Berkeley native and was raised in an Orthodox Jewish family, which means that obtaining kosher certification for his edibles is a goal, even though he no longer keeps kosher himself.
