We believe without the foundation of a strong community, we’ll struggle to solve the most basic problems we face. So even if it’s idealistic, we would rather strive to bring as many people together as possible than do nothing and let cynicism take over. The InnerSun is an 8 story globe, lit from within by a sacred light, and gently cradled by two massive hands. Our mission is to encourage human connection by including 100k+ people from every country on earth, more than can physically attend Burning Man, working together to create monumental art. We hope to answer one small question: What’s your InnerSun? For every answer we receive from participants worldwide, we’ll create a steel hand engraved with their words and unite thousands of them in a beautiful patchwork upon the final structure.
