Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership is an independent, non-aligned, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to cultivating wisdom and ethics in leadership.
Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership is the result of Monash University, The Myer Foundation and Vincent Fairfax Ethics in Leadership Foundation working in partnership.
Our suite of programs give senior leaders from the Private, Government and the Not-for-profit sectors an opportunity to widen their understanding of the philosophical, ethical and social issues central to creating a just, prosperous and sustainable society in Australia.
Melbourne based but also delivered in Sydney, Canberra and Perth, the programs are run in beautiful settings, taking you away from the board room and office environment. Limited to 20 peers of influence. Conversation and experiential content is guided by extremely experienced moderators, in a secure space where confidential and thought provoking subject matter is explored openly, all within the context of being moral agents of influence (leaders) in society.
Your program peers become your Cranlana Alumni.
The Program is like no other in Australia today.
