Mission Statement -
Provision of a model in skilled & enjoyed care…for as many people as we can
Stonehaven Healthcare was formed during 1998, out of direct observations and experiences that indicated how compassion needs to be rooted in a position of comprehensive strength to be readily enacted, and that this necessary strength can ably be created and secured via essential; disciplines, vigour and integrity of an economic entity … a company of individuals whose belief’s support that cause.
Fulfilment of our mission will require us to uphold the following three values -
People - The best comes from the recognition that people matter. People who we care for, who come into contact with our service in so many ways and who we are. Helping the ‘self-help’ of others is a definition of ‘teamwork’. People are a core value.
Our Service - We are rightly judged by what it is that our daily endeavour presents. We judge ourselves in the same way to ensure that we give a care service on a par with the best we know is possible.
Stability - All human activity cyclically draws upon a cost of provision. There is no human activity that can endure without reserves of ‘the means of provision’ (i.e. savings). Savings, the ‘profit element’, are necessary for repelling risk of failure and achieving the mission.
We diligently seek; competitively created savings, profitable growth and the ability to make a realistic return to shareholders as essential, true-to-the-mission, success objectives.
