With the Asset Management system, all your units are numbered, asset tracked, photographed before and after any work is done on them, with job cards uploaded in real time. Transparency also means that all communications between the customer and service provider are recorded into the system. This transparency gives peace of mind to the customer and the customer maintains better control, especially of distantly located branches/stores. All information per unit such as service history and spend per unit and/or spend per building can be retrieved from the system at a click of a button. Older units which might need replacement in 6 months, 12, 18 or 24 months are "tagged" in the system accordingly so that users have clarity to better budget their replacement expenditure. Ideal synergies are found with companies that have a national footprint or are expanding to have at least a provincial footprint.
