We employ on-site security, maintenance, caretaking and housekeeping staff to ensure that everything runs safely and smoothly, as well as administration staff who support the General Managers and Assistant Managers in their roles. Our management model puts emphasis on the General Manager and their team to be responsible for running each residence to form relationships with our tenants, and the universities that they attend.
