The Grand Mark hotel situated in Hybernska street is perfectly located 5* hotel right next to the most demanded Prague sightseeing. From hotel balcony you may see one of the history icons – the Powder Tower. History of the building reaches to 15th century, when it was built as two town houses and afterwards it became a baroque palace. It was used as a residence of many historical person. Through the hall were crossing for example earl Felix Vršovec Sekerka from Sedčice, earl František Věžník from Věžník (according to him public named the palace to Věžníkovský palace) or František Josef, earl from Vrtba, who pass on the palace to family of Lobkowic. The first reconstruction of the building happen at 1928 and the second one became in next millennium, year 2008. During last rebuilding many of neoclassical items have been restored and added with modern design delivered from London galleries. The opening ceremony of the hotel took a place in October 2008, from when can guests accommodate them self in 75 luxurious and spacious rooms and suites. Every room is its own original and offers biggest possible comfort, starting from double floored suites through rooms with balcony with a view to city center, to biggest suites with private terraces and Jacuzzi.
