KM Engineering, LLP is a consulting firm that was established on March 1, 2009 by Kelly Kehrer, P.E. and Kevin McCarthy, P.E. to provide civil engineering, land surveying, planning and landscape architectural services to public agencies and private developers. Joe Pachner, P.E., joined the firm as a principal in 2011. We have one office located in Boise, Idaho. This central location allows us to provide responsive, uninterrupted, quality service to our Clients throughout the Valley. Our goal is to remain an active and vital planning, engineering, surveying and landscape architecture firm with a reputation for superior performance, strong project management, and exceptional service to our Clients.
