Jon Batterham, Louise Duffy and Tom Leveley set up Chrysalis Research out of a desire to work in a collaborative way with clients in areas they are passionate about: education, employment and skills, and health. The name, Chrysalis research, was chosen to illustrate how their research can support the development of people and ideas. Sector expertise and understanding is integral to the Chrysalis research offering. Not only does it enable effective research design, contextualised findings and informed recommendations, but it allows Chrysalis Research to work in partnership with clients as they strive to meet the challenges ahead.
