PICS connects public and private sector ‘solution seekers’ with experts from BC’s four research universities to collaboratively design, develop, and deliver innovative, evidence-based climate adaptation and mitigation solutions. PICS is hosted and led by the University of Victoria in collaboration with the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University and the University of Northern British Columbia.
