Kohberg has been baking quality bread for the Danish people for ages. And we still do. It all began in 1969 when Alfred Kohberg opened his bakery in the small town of Bolderslev in Southern Denmark. Today, Kohberg Bakery Group A/S has more than 500 employees at our three bakeries in Bolderslev, Taastrup and Haderslev. Thus, Kohberg is the largest Danish-owned bakery in Denmark and one of the most important players in the market. Kohberg is based on straight, down-to-earth values – both when it comes to the ingredients of our products and to running our business.
