He anticipated the growth of data processing in the country and foresaw the demand for business forms which were not being manufactured in India at that time. Therefore, he started a small manufacturing with the bare minimums, to produce preprinted continous stationery. In 1969 , Sud & Waren Pvt. Ltd. - an engineering & manufacturing company promoted by Mr. Baldev Sud in association with Mr. K.L. Arora as Managing Director was formed to manufacturer machinery & equipment first time in India to produce computer stationery near Delhi.
