paññā panya: wisdom bakery
The mission of paññā panya is to nourish the inner child in all. paññā means wisdom or insight in Pali, an ancient language of India and panya means bakery in Japanese.
There are two branches of paññā panya:
One branch is for adults:
I help high achieving professionals who struggle to be authentic and feel connected in their relationships by establishing a deeper inner connection through the inner child.
I coach individuals 1:1 or in groups.
On an organizational level, I help their teams become more interdependent, creative, and impactful.
One branch is for little children and includes:
- Picture books for children 6-9 years old
- STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) workshops based on the picture books to enable learning that is fun, active, and accessible
- Lesson plans for social emotional learning (SEL) and science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) for children in grades 3 and 4
