We are a new health food cafe, delivery service and shop with a unique focus on fermentation for maximum flavour and good gut health. We offer nutritious, vegcentric options for all, and champion intuitive eating - #gowithyourgut. We pack our fresh, seasonal menu with the beneficial live bacteria of fermented foods – our specialty.
We serve breakfast bowls, sourdough scones & toasties, cold-pressed juices, organic coffee, High Flyers, and superfood lattes every day from 7:30am. Lunch starts from 11am; each day you can build-your-own High Bowl, choosing from our wide range of seasonal salads, and protein options such as miso & tamari salmon, beetroot cured eggs, or organic tempeh falafel... then top your salad with our house krauts, kimchis & ferments, living dressings (such as our miso-tahini blend, fermented chilli dressing , or live apple cider vinaigrette), and sprinkle with activated and sprouted toppings. We serve slow cooked dhal and organic Thai-infused bone broth too.
We sell low-sugar organic kombucha, and our own home-brewed organic kefir. Our sweet treats are low in natural sugar and freshly baked using wholesome, unrefined ingredients - buckwheat banana bread (sweetened only with ripe bananas!)... chestnut flour brownie... matcha & lime vegan cheesecake... and blood orange, rhubarb & cacao tart to name a few.
