Warner Mechanical Corporation was founded by Herbert “Bert” Warner in the 1930’s under the name Warner Plumbing & Heating. Bert sought to build a reputation for the company throughout the town of Fremont, Ohio by being an instrumental part of helping create the infrastructure of the town. Fremont is where Warner Mechanical has called home since its origination and remains to this day.
Bert passed the company on to his son, Herbert Warner, once he returned from military service in 1948. Herbert’s military background served as the cultural foundation he continued to build throughout his time owning Warner Plumbing & Heating. Under his tenure, Herbert incorporated the company on September 2nd, 1959 in order to gain specific advantages that would allow the company to continue to grow.
In 1989, Herbert’s two sons, Scott and Jim, took over full control of the company. Their different backgrounds served as their greatest strength in their pursuits of growth for the newly established Warner Mechanical Corporation. Scott’s expertise in field work and Jim’s financial knowledge helped shape what Warner Mechanical is today through the combination of job experience and management of people.
The business has thrived throughtout four generations of the Warner family working at the Fremont based company and continues to expand from its Fremont roots into the surrounding northwest Ohio area. Our experience in the fields of HVAC, plumbing and piping combined with our readiness to evolve have created a culture that will enable us to continue to build the infrastructure of the northwest Ohio area.
Warner Mechanical is currently under new ownership as chief executive officer, Trent Bloomfield, takes over operational control of the company. Through the foundation the Warner family built and our incredible team of field workers and office staff, we will continue to service our customers with the best in mechanical solutions.
