At Rural Leaders, our vision is to grow world-class leaders for our country. Rural Leaders is focused on developing the leadership capability that enables our rural communities to flourish, and keeps New Zealand at the forefront of global agribusiness. Our role is to nurture and grow our Food and Fibre leaders through three of New Zealand's foremost rural leadership programmes - the Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme, the Nuffield NZ Farming Scholarships and the Value Chain Innovation Programme. And to strengthen connections between our network of alumni members.
