"Bakery Ingredients since 1904" – This strap line sums up what we do but a more comprehensive description of our activities would be as follows:- We develop, manufacture, distribute and technically support bakery ingredients for every market and product sector i.e., craft, industrial, super market, bread, pastry, cake, confectionery, hotel, restaurant & catering. Products are formulated to suit each market sector and we have well established sales and technical teams focused on serving the particular needs for each sector. The Industrial group is even more specialized with separate bread, confectionery and in store bakery teams in place. Customer Service teams are also set up to provide expert support to the respective customers. Specialist training centers have been established and all Bakels technical staff will happily assist customers in gaining new, or improving existing expertise.
