The Institute is the pioneer of executive development in Pakistan and specializes in the training and development of managers from business and industry. PIM functions under the Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan, with a high power autonomous Board of Governors (BoG) appointed by the Honorable Prime Minister.
