Aspire is a Romanian NGO whose mission is to discover, develop, and connect young leaders from Eastern Europe. Our vision is to develop a community of ethical, successful and influential leaders across a wide variety of disciplines, with diverse backgrounds, across Europe and beyond. Our Students: Each year, our community increases by 100 young people (high-school students, undergraduate students and young professionals) who attend our summer programs focused on leadership and entrepreneurship.We have a very rigorous selection process, looking mainly at these four indicators: leadership track, intellectual and emotional maturity, driven personality and community engagement. Our Faculty: All instructors of the Aspire summer programs are affiliated to top-universities around the world, such as Harvard, University of Pennsylvania and Berkeley. Our speakers are CEOs, entrepreneurs, and other successful professionals. The entire curricula of the programs is similar to Harvard Business School’s approach to teaching, and is focused on three main pillars: Personal Development, Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Our Alumni: The Aspire experience is a life-long journey. After graduating from one of the Aspire programs, the participants become part of the Aspire Alumni community which serves not only as an amazing networking platform, but also provides several opportunities for its members: Aspire Graduate Program, jobs & internships, mentorship program, conferences, webinars and many others.
