The Economics Society at LUMS is a student-led initiative aimed at promoting discourse on economics and its real-world applications. The Economics Society at LUMS hosts three key events annually: TESCON, a competitive platform featuring economic case studies and trading simulations; LUMICS, focusing on international trade proficiency and innovation; and ELP (Economic Literacy Program), designed to enhance financial literacy in marginalized communities. In addition to these flagship events, students benefit from career talks, panel discussions, alumni networking, and recreational trips, all of which enrich their academic journey and practical experience in economics.
