Scandinavian Investment Holdings (SIH) has entered into an advisory agreement with Scandinavian Asset Management (SAM). SAM will provide investment advise to SIH. Scandinavian Asset Management will be regulated by the Kredittilsynet, the Norwegian regulatory body similar to the FSA in the United Kingdom. SAM has entered an agreement with Key Family Partners in Geneva, Switzerland, who will assist SAM with research, due diligence and monitoring the investment managers. The Managing Partner of Key Family Partners is Merima Arleback assisted by Mr Morten H. Kielland (see biographies). Mrs Arleback and Morten Kielland worked together as research analysts at Key Asset Management from 2002 to 2007 and managed the research team in 2004.
