HIAMO is a company founded by hotelier Marco Nussbaum and real estate economist Dr. Matthias Zimmermann, combining many years of experience in the hotel industry. With the credo "Purpose Driven Hospitality", the company combines the potentials of the private hotel industry and the economic and innovative power as a financially strong, owner-managed hotel developer. The focus is on the development of private hotels in A-, B-, and C-locations with a room count of approx. 20-100 rooms, which are trend-setting in terms of technology and comfort, but also in ecological, social and economic terms. We are looking for both existing hotels and completely new developments in Germany.
