Mental Health America of Illinois (MHAI) maintains a number of initiatives and services to help carry out our mission to promote mental health, prevent mental illnesses and improve care and treatment for persons suffering from mental and emotional disorders.
In addition to the initiatives listed below, MHAI is honored to have been awarded two national partnership opportunities to help build public awareness and understanding of mental health issues.
